사역 내용
•주일 유스그룹 예배(11 am) 인도 및 설교, 예배 후 간단한 활동
•금요일 저녁 성경공부 혹은 친교 인도
•교사들, 봉사자들과의 목회 협력
•훈련, 상담, 심방을 통한 목양 활동
•주별 혹은 계절별 활동 계획 및 실행: 수련회, 여름단기선교, 친교활동, 절기예배 발표 등
지원 자격
•영어를 사용하고, 또한 한국어 구사에 불편이 없는 분
•복음주의 신학에 입각한 분으로서, M. Div.를 마쳤거나 과정 중에 있는 분(졸업장 혹은 재학확인서 사본제출)
•유스 목회의 경험이 있으신 분 우대

Jesus Sarang Church is currently seeking a Part-time Youth Pastor to shepherd the youth group of high school and middle school students. The church is located in Fair Lawn, NJ, near Paramus and Ridgewood.

Job Description:
•Preach and direct the worship service for the youth group on Sundays
•Lead Friday night bible study and fellowship
•Collaborate with ministry teachers and volunteers
•Provide pastoral care through discipling, counseling, and visitation
•Plan and coordinate weekly and seasonal activities: retreats, summer missions, fellowship events, special holiday performances
Qualifications:
•Fluent in English, proficient in Korean
•Graduated from or currently enrolled in an M. Div. at an accredited evangelical seminary
•Previous youth ministry experience is a plus
Salary:
•Competitive salary, depending on experience
