Youth Group Director

Monmouth Grace UMC is searching for the youth group director, who can be a strong spiritual leader and a role model for youth from 7th grade to 12th grade.

Duties include leading Sunday morning worship service for youth, counseling, organizing and leading youth activities, planning youth activities during church special events, and helping to train youth workers.

In consultation with the senior pastor, the youth group director will evaluate the needs of youth in the church and the community in order to help set the direction for the spiritual education of the youth.

This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours of work per week.
– Graduate or candidate from an accredited theological school in M.Div. or above program
– Fluent in English
